The underground station Güntzelstrasse can be reached on foot in only one minute. An ice cream café (offering a breakfast menu), a sauna/gym/pool with a roof terrace and a hair dresser/beauty salon are nearby.

The ice cream café also provides wireless internet access - surf the net via your notebook free of charge. A variety of shops and supermarkets are at Prager Platz, only 300m away.
