Apartment 06 - Appart'City serviced Apartments in Berlin - Green, quiet yet central

Appart'City serviced Apartment No. 6 Bundesallee / near by Kurfürstendamm Situated in the city, in a walking distance (1600 m) to Kurfürstendamm – the legendary boulevard of Berlin. On the ground floor of the house there is an huge original Henning's ice cream store, on the top floor is a big wellness complex with sauna, swimming area and fitnessprogrammes.

It also has a Beauty studio and a barber's shop. About 200 meters away is Berliner Straße. There is a U-Bahn station (tube station/ line U7) Berliner Straße. In Berliner Straße there are also a couple of shops (supermarkets, bistros, restaurants, a bank ect.) This 60sqm- flat is on the 3rd floor of a livinghousecomplex. The whole house got three elevators.

The apartment got a very comfortable furniture:

In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). In the living room is a pull-out sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Altogehter it fits for up to 4 person. Please avoid noise and attracting attention especially after 22 pm. This holiday flat is situated in the same house like No. 5, 16 and No. 17. If you got a bigger traveling group it is possible to combinate according to your wish.
