When is check-in, when is check-out?
Check-in is from 2 pm till 11 pm, Check-out time is at 11 am.
Are there discounts for children?
Yes. Children sleeping in the parents' bed are free of charge.
What happens if I arrive later than 11 pm?
After 11 pm you can pick up the keys in the Café King till 2 am. Café King is situated directly left of the Restaurant R23.
If you will arrive later than 11 pm, please indicate this when booking.
May I leave later than 11 am?
If your train or flight times are later, for a small extra charge you may request a late check-out.
You can also call 3 days before your departure and if possible we can clean the apartment the next day.
Where do I pick up the key for my apartment?
The keys are available in our partner restaurant R23, other options are available by appointment.
May I arrive earlier than 2 pm?
If your booked apartment is already free and clean, you mayof course pick up the key early.
You need only call our ofice 1-2 days before your departure.
May I pay by credit card?
No, but you may transfer the sum to our account in advance.
May I bring my dog?
Generally no, but in cases of quiet, clean, friendly dogs you can bring your friend for lump sum of 10 €.
Who do I contact in an emergency when the office is closed?
In urgent cases please contact us at 0178- 4017115.
Is there a daily cleaning service?
As a rule, no, if you desire extra cleaning, you should call us.
Is there a final cleaning? How much does it cost?
Final cleaning is included in the price, if you want a cleaning during your stay, please contact us.
The booking confirmation says that I have to pay when I pick up the key(s),
In the terms of rent, however, it says a 30% deposit is due. What now?
The binding payment method is given in the booking conformation.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, but if you need additional linens and towels, please give us a call.
where do I leave the keys?
On the day of departure, you must leave the apartment by 11 am.
The tenant leave the keys in the apartment and closes the door.
Other times by appointment.
What kind of equipment I can expect in the apartment?
Our apartments are practical and functional.
We refrain from personal decoration.
The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster ...
How many keys do I get?
1 person: 1 key, 2-4 persons: 2 keys, 5-10 people: 3 keys, More than 10 people: 4 keys
Where can I get information on public transportation?
The easiest way is via the website of the Berlin public transit: www.bvg.de.
If you get stuck there, we are of course be glad to help.
How do I book?
The booking easily starts on the menu item "booking request " in the detailed view of your preferred holiday home or on the same option in the main menu.
Filling out the form is done easily in less than a minute!
